Description
This is so bad I'm not sure what category it belongs to ... trash is discarded on the curb strip, in bags and loos. And trash is discarded in the grassy area of the rear parking lot. I know it's the residents dumping but if the property owner can't make his tenants do better then this property owner needs to be fined! DO
SOMETHING!!!
