I ride by this daily, and it looks horrible. If the city is not going to force the landlord to remove this , then they should and bill the landlord. My property is around the corner from this mess, and I am in the process of preparing 3 units including a full renovation of 1 unit. This type of unkept property can affect the our ability to get good tenants. No one wants to live in a filthy neighborhood. I keep my property clean and grass cut, and pay my taxes
Why should a irresponsible landlord be allowed to bring the value of the surrounding properties down.
