After being cited for parking facing the wrong direction, this vehicle moves back to the NO STANDING ANYTIME zone where he has bern cited before. Clearly no regard for traffic rules or neighborhood needs. His parking so close to the i intersection impedes the turn of school buses, trucks, and fire trucks. Please send PE to cite . AGAIN!!!
