This inoperable vehicle with a broken axle was dropped by flatbed tow truck belonging to Nelcon Towing on Truman St near the corner of King Place this afternoon Friday 11/26. City Ordinance Sec. 29-35(l) states no vehicle shall be left parked on city streets in one spot for more than 72 hours. Especially if it is inoperable with a broken axle. It is also parked on the side of street marked for street sweeping on Monday 11/29. This vehicle needs to be towed on Monday so the street can be cleaned. If not towed immediately, ticketed for parking in way of street sweepers. Then towed for being inoperable.
