The red Acura car that was reported here last week by me and others is still here. The occupant that is living in it claims that he can not move the car. This is a public health issue. he is reportedly urinating in the street. The corner of Howard and First Street is a bus stop. and children walk by this car mornings and afternoons. We have customers that come to our business and I have several women employees that park in our parking lot. The car should not be here on a public street.being used as a home. If it is broken down and cant move then the person in the car should have and towed somewhere.
