I have not had any follow up or acknowledgement regarding this problem. Peole are tripping over this sidewalk all of the time.

Have you called your alder or DPW about this. No one appears to have acknowledged your issue. Call Public Safety if this is a constant tripping issue.

Some progress being made. concrete forms set up. never heard from anyone about my requests. they just showed up and ripped up the sidewalk. hope it comes out well.
